Introduction

Welcome to Life Way Tours, where we provide professional chauffeur services in Dubai. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making any bookings.

Booking Policy

  1. Reservations:
    • All bookings must be made online, by phone, or via email. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
    • Bookings are subject to confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your booking details once confirmed.
  2. Payment:
    • Payments are required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and other approved methods.
    • Prices quoted are in AED and include VAT and other applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
  3. Amendments to Booking:
    • Any changes to the booking, such as pick-up time or vehicle type, must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the service time and are subject to availability.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Client Cancellations:
    • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the service are eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service will incur a cancellation fee of [3%].
    • For no-shows or cancellations made within 5 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time, the full amount will be charged, and no refund will be given.
  2. Company Cancellations:
    • If Life Way Tours cancels a service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability), a full refund will be provided or the service will be rescheduled at the client’s convenience.

Chauffeur Service Terms

  1. Service Hours:
    • Our standard service hours are from 10 to 12
      ]. Services outside of these hours may be subject to additional fees.
  2. Vehicles:
    • Our fleet consists of well-maintained, insured vehicles, equipped with GPS and air conditioning for comfort. Specific vehicle requests will be accommodated based on availability.
  3. Driver Responsibilities:
    • Our chauffeurs are licensed, experienced professionals who will adhere to traffic regulations and ensure a safe and comfortable journey. The driver will use the most efficient route unless otherwise instructed by the customer.
  4. Waiting Time:
    • For airport transfers, we provide a complimentary waiting time of 30 minutes from the actual flight arrival time.
    • For other services, a 30 minute waiting time is provided from the scheduled pick-up time. Additional waiting time will be charged at [XX] AED per minute.
  5. Luggage and Personal Belongings:
    • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that luggage and personal belongings fit within the vehicle’s capacity. Life Way Tours is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items during the service.
  6. Child Safety Seats:
    • Child safety seats are available upon request and should be requested at the time of booking. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure children are properly seated and secure.

Customer Conduct

  1. Behavior:
    • Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward the chauffeur and take good care of the vehicle. Any damage caused to the vehicle by the client or their party will result in additional charges.
  2. Prohibited Activities:
    • Smoking, alcohol consumption, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in the vehicle. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the service without a refund.

Liability and Insurance

  1. Limitation of Liability:
    • Life Way Tours is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control. We will, however, make every effort to ensure a timely service.
  2. Accidents/Injuries:
    • While we ensure that our vehicles are safe and our drivers are skilled, Life Way Tours is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
  3. Insurance:
    • All vehicles are insured in compliance with UAE regulations. Clients are encouraged to obtain their own travel or personal insurance for additional coverage.

Force Majeure

Life Way Tours is not liable for any failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or strikes.

Privacy Policy

  1. Data Collection:
    • We collect personal information for the purpose of booking and providing services. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required by law.
  2. Cookies:
    • By using our website, you consent to the use of cookies to enhance user experience and improve our services.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.

Modifications to Terms

Life Way Tours reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the services after such changes signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
